We want your shopping experience at FaithWorks Fashion to be an enjoyable one.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused without damage, makeup or deodorant stains with tags attached to labels.

ALL SALE Purchases are FINAL! No exchanges or Refunds

Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes

Packing must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling to avoid restock fee.

Anything purchase at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.

Damages must be reported within 1 calendar day of receiving item or cannot be returned on that basis.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition.  If the item arrives with tags on it, then the item must be returned with original tags still attached.

Original shipping is not refundable.

Returns are process within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received.

Colours and sizes may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lightings, computer monitor resolutions.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Due to COVID-19 Shipping orders might be delayed for few days!

Be careful when inserting your Shipping Address. Your items will only be sent to the address you enter.

If you think you have made an error, make sure to contact FaithWorksFashion ASAP.

International Deliveries 

USA, EU, Canada: International standard delivery (8-14 Working Days)

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with full details of the shipping agent handling your shipment together with tracking information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
